Laboratory equipment and experimental facilities

Since its founding, the department PMV has run a chemical and a physical laboratory with different working areas. On the one hand, the analysis of chemical compounds or ions in the paper, paper products, or process water is of interest. On the other hand tests concerning physical properties of raw materials, paper products, and fiber suspensions may be carried out as well as research on process variables in a laboratory or pilot scale.
