In the case of topics that are offered both as Master's and Bachelor's theses, the workload can be adapted to the respective thesis. ADP – Conversion of a machine for additive manufacturing with fiber suspension from a 1D to a 2×1D channel system

Advanced Design Project (ADP)
As part of the ADP, an additive manufacturing system using fiber suspension is being converted from a 1D to a 2×1D channel system. This conversion is intended to enable the processing of two different types of fibers within a single printing process without interrupting production. In addition to mechanical modifications, the existing MATLAB control system and a potential switch to Python are being evaluated. Finally, the functionality of the modified system will be validated through printing tests using various fiber materials.
